Read Luke 1-2
I loved Jessie’s Christmas Eve sermon tonight. He reminded us that the day Jesus was born was not perfect. It was messy. No one would open their doors, Mary had to ride nine months pregnant on the back of a donkey, Joseph was dirty, the animals didn’t sit perfect like you see in the nativity scene and poor Jesus wasn’t even given a sanitary place to sleep. It was messy. Social media can make us feel like our Christmas is the only
one that isn’t perfect. The reality is we all have areas in our lives that are messy and Jesus is always willing to meet us in the mess. From our family to yours, merry messy Christmas! ❤️🎅🎉🎄⛄️

Howdy! I am passionate about sharing simple God lessons through everyday real life events in my daily life. I’ve been writing since I was 11. What started off as a way to escape or cope with the uncertainty of life, has turned into a calling. I do believe that God has called me to share what He has placed on my heart with all of you! I recently published a children’s book The Chicks Save Easter. You can find it on amazon.

I pray God finds you where you are and you allow Him to take you where He has called you to love and serve Him.
