The Trusting Pencil!

Here we have a bag filled with water. The bag represents Jesus. We trust Jesus. The water represents each of us. These pencils represent the moments when we need to completely trust Jesus.

Pencil number 1 represents our trust in Jesus as our child goes off to college. (Stick through bag of water)

Pencil number 2 represents our trust in Jesus finding our husband. (Stick through bag of water)

Pencil number 3 represents our trusting God with that lost job. (Stick through bag of water)

Pencil number 4 represents our trusting God with that medical diagnosis. (Stick through bag of water)

Pencil number 5 represents our trusting God with your painful past. (Stick through bag of water)

Pencil number 6 represents our trusting God in our relationships. (Stick through bag of water)

You see, when difficult moments happen in our life it is crucial that we completely trust in Jesus. The moment we stop trusting in Him (Pull out pencil) is the moment we are overwhelmed with all the difficult moments in life. We now have holes where we should have Jesus. We now have water everywhere and chaos sets in. Trust in Jesus keeps our hearts filled with peace.

Howdy! I am passionate about sharing simple God lessons through everyday real life events in my daily life. I’ve been writing since I was 11. What started off as a way to escape or cope with the uncertainty of life, has turned into a calling. I do believe that God has called me to share what He has placed on my heart with all of you! I recently published a children’s book The Chicks Save Easter. You can find it on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Chicks-Save-Easter-Helena-Rayos/dp/B086Y6K19M I pray God finds you where you are and you allow Him to take you where He has called you to love and serve Him.
